These Terms of Service apply to the mobile games, websites, and related services provided by NEW GROWTH TECHNOLOGY, including games such as 2048, Sudoku, and other casual puzzle titles we may publish.

Billing, refund, and cancellation processes may be handled by Google Play, Apple, or another app marketplace, and their rules will also apply.

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the services improperly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
